Andre started CUBED at the Ynnovation Groupe, where he works with investors and corporate venturing groups to develop private equity and strategic investment vehicles, including start-up, buyout, special purpose and sector roll-up vehicles. Andre developed the Customer Ownership Initiative (COI), a proprietary platform for evaluating and managing private equity investments as a portfolio of customer assets. COI is the same methodical focus on customers that defines every CUBED venture.
Andre honed his expertise in investments and strategy at BPI Asset Management where he held various leadership positions: as a unit head in investment banking operations; as a portfolio officer managing pension, institutional and high net worth investment funds; and as strategic projects manager handling post-merger integration and restructuring amidst the deregulating Asian financial services industry.
Andre graduated from Yale (MBA), NYU (MS), and Fordham (BA, Cum Laude), and envisions universities as a collaborative haven and magnet for entrepreneurs, investors, technologists, marketers, and others critical to the venturing process to come together and bring world-class ventures to market.
