That’s right: the venture soul. Every great company has a soul, a guiding force that encompasses, yet so thoroughly transcends, vision-mission-strategy statements.

We start the CUBED Venture Quest by soul-searching our venture’s reason for being, expressed simply and clearly in these 3 terms: who we’re serving; in what specific area of need; and how we’re innovating.

In this sense, we don’t check-off milestones in a linear way. We update, refine, and refer back and forth, to and from each milestone – and none more so than our Venture Soul.
