Milestone 7 may also be addressed at earlier stages, but no later than at this point in the Venture Quest. All teams must have the optimal legal and corporate structure to go onto the VC Accelerator.

We take care to optimize corporate structure and other legal arrangements in order to expedite Series A funding while protecting the interests of the founding entrepreneurs.
